Delivery and Returns
RFL GmbH is committed to delivering the products as quickly as possible. Products which are in stock will be sent via PostLogistics. Products which are not in stock will be ordered from the supplier within 7 days of the customer order and will be sent to the customer as soon as all products in the corresponding order are in stock. Once handed over to PostLogistics, their standard delivery times of 2-3 working days can be expected.
Due to the international nature of our suppliers no standard delivery time frame can be defined for products which are not in stock. RFL GmbH will try to provide this products within 2-4 weeks but cannot guarantee that.
The returns of goods happens at the risk and expense of the customer to the respective address provided by RFL GmbH (see below). The customer is responsible for professional and insured transportation. A detailed description of the failure and a copy of the sales receipt need to be attached to the shipment or given in the returns section of the customers Swiss Rugby Shop account. All returns should be initialized through the customer's account. In order to do this, simply log in to the account, find the order under "Order History and Details" and click on the corresponding order. In the details page the products to be returned can be marked and detailed explanations of the cause fr the return can be given.
Returns will be refunded as vouchers. Should a full refund be required, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss possibilities.
